If for one reason or another, an individual forgets or is unable to pay their life insurance premiums, they do not have to worry too much. Should they be able to prove that they are still healthy, they can pay any back and the current amount that is owed to their insurance company. The insurance company may request that evidence is given to prove that the client is still able to be insured, and some might ask for a medical examination and report.
If an insurance company’s requirements are met, they will accept their client’s money and once again, reinstate the insurance policy. While it does not look good for a client to fall behind on their payments, if there is no just cause for the insurance policy to be canceled and the client consistently makes their payments, then they will not have to worry about their life insurance being canceled.
